13.8 If you believe that the service, course or resource you have received does not match your order, or if you experience a technical access issue, you should contact us as soon as possible using craig@adminaiinsights.com so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, correct the issue.
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Admin AI Insights Ltd. This section explains when you may cancel an order, when refunds may be available, and when cancellation rights may be limited because access to digital content or services has already started.

The amount due shall be calculated in proportion to the full price of the Services and the actual Services already provided. Any sums that have already been paid for the Services shall be refunded subject to deductions calculated in accordance with the foregoing. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued within 5 working days and in any event no later than 14 calendar days after you inform Us that you wish to cancel.

- 14.5 Orders placed by a business, employer, company, organisation or corporate client are not consumer purchases and are not covered by consumer cooling-off rights. Cancellation, postponement, substitution or refund terms for business and corporate bookings will be governed by the relevant proposal, order form, invoice, booking confirmation or written agreement.
- 14.6 Unless otherwise stated in writing, we do not offer refunds for digital courses, downloadable resources or templates once access has started, except where required by law or where the content is faulty, inaccessible due to an issue within our control, or materially different from the description provided at the time of purchase.
